This is perfect for my truck. Medical and a couple mags is exactly what i needed. I threw a harness from a taps rig on it and line this shit

A pouch for your ouch

How much stuff will your @rebelsraiders Apothecary bag hold? All of this: a Skinny Medic NAR essentials kit, an Adventure Medical Kit's Overlander First Aid Kit, a Medical Gear Outfitters Boo-Boo Kit, and 2 Celox Gauze 3" dressings. Only things I couldn't fit were the trauma shears (which would fit in one of the elastic loops on the outside), one of the two CATs (which went on the Vakarian micro plackard) and the ActiSplint. I set the front pouch up like an IFAK and jammed everything else in the back inside ziploc bags.

It is pretty bulbous with all that, but my intent was to use this as a separate bag rather than part of the system. That being said, you still could attach it to the Vakarain plate carrier, and still fit 2 5.56 and 2 full size pistol magazines on the bag.

As luck would have it, I've actually used it 2 of the last 3 times I went to the range. Thankfully only for fingers being cut by staples...

Perfect size

I love the size and modularity of it. Its definitely the perfect little addition to a load out. I can leave it with someone while I go for another job and they can keep the med for tending wounded. Or I can fill it with Starburst and keep my sugs up whike I ruck

Useful and a good size

I like this bag more than I thought I would. It can hold a lot of first aid gear and I keep it hanging in the closet so I can grab it before I head out. It’s super adjustable and can be clipped or velcroed onto any other bags. If you’re considering it, just buy it. I really like mine.
